This portal provides the approved system for using national symbols and identity elements, including the National Emblem, State Logo, institutional logos, typography, color standards, and official applications—ensuring clarity, consistency, and national unity.
These standards apply to all ministries, Government institutions, agencies, partners, and service providers producing official materials on behalf of the Republic of Somaliland. Compliance strengthens public trust and ensures accurate representation at both national and international levels.
















The National Color Palette defines the official colors of the Republic of Somaliland and how they are used across all Government communications. These colors ensure a consistent and recognizable national identity in print, digital platforms, and public applications.
All Government institutions must apply the approved colors exactly as specified to maintain clarity, professionalism, and national consistency.
Official typography defines the visual voice of the Republic of Somaliland’s National Brand Identity. The Government uses two approved typefaces to ensure all communications remain clear, consistent, and professional.
Plus Jakarta Sans is used for Somali and English, while Kufam is used for Arabic. These typefaces must be applied across print and digital materials to maintain a unified and recognizable Government identity.
